The Miner Memorial library
will be starting its
Summer Reading Program
on July 6, at 10 am.
Children from 6 to 106 are welcome.
Our theme this year is
Every Hero Has a Story.
We will be making our own Super Hero costumes,
have a visit from the Lempster Fire Dept.,
draw Super Hero Comic strips and other fun projects.
There will be a party the final week
with games and prizes for all our Super Readers.
For children under 6,
we will have a
Story Time
at 4 pm on Wednesday afternoons.
They will have prizes for books read to them by parents,
and some Super Hero projects also.
Call for info or visit the library to register: 603-863-0051.
Programs will last approximately one hour.
The library just received a grant from the
Libri Foundation and has received
a wonderful assortment of new books for children of all ages.
